Darts Hallock wins Curtain-raiser singles title |04 March 2022
Seasoned darts player Terrance Hallock has started the 2022 season on a good note by winning the Curtain-raiser singles tournament.
Hallock triumphed after edging Nichol Esparon 7-6 in the final of the Curtain-raiser singles played on a knockout basis on Saturday February 26, 2022 at the Happy Youth Club darts room.
This is the first competition on the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Darts Association (SDA) calendar and Esparon was unable to successfully defend his title won in 2021.
Winner Hallock eliminated Eric Frost 3-0 in the quarterfinals before dispatching Paul Vidot 5-3 in the semifinals.
As for losing finalist Esparon, he beat Hans Radegonde 3-2 in the quarterfinal and defeated Patrick Radegonde 5-4 in the semis.
Third place went to Radegonde who beat Vidot 5-4 in the third place playoff match.
