Norman De Silva returns as basketball president after 40 years

Forty years after leaving the hot seat of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Basketball Federation chairman, Norman De Silva is back as president of the local basketball governing body following his election into the post during last Saturday’s annual general meeting.
