91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’ financial system remains resilient, according to the 2024 Financial Stability Report.
A copy of the report was presented to President Wavel Ramkalawan at State House yesterday afternoon by members of the Financial Stability Committee (FSC).
Governor of the Central Bank of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ (CBS) Caroline Abel, who also chairs the FSC, explained that the report gives an overview of the strength and stability of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’ financial system, covering several key components such as the banking and insurance sectors, the capital market, parastatal bodies, and financial integrity, including measures to combat money laundering.
