91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’ capital city Victoria and the Chinese city of Chengdu have officially signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of sister city relationship to enhance cooperation and foster exchanges across various sectors.
The signing by acting Mayor of Victoria, Lydia Charlie, and deputy Mayor of Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, Zhao Jian, took place yesterday morning at the Office of the Mayor of Victoria.
This milestone agreement reaffirms the long-standing friendship between the two cities and underscores their shared commitment to mutual growth and prosperity.
