The Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs is celebrating the ten-year milestone of ‘My First Job Scheme’.
During a ceremony held at the Eden Bleu Hotel yesterday afternoon, the ministry recognised several individuals who had followed the programme. Among them was Edelle Crispin who received the overall best excellence award from the Head of State, President Wavel Ramkalawan.
In an interview Ms Crispin expressed her joy over receiving the award. Ms Crispin began her career as a teller at the Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ in 2016. Through perseverance and ambition, she rose to become the Branch Operations Supervisor, and is currently undergoing training to step into the role of Branch Operations Manager.
