Independent candidate Charles De Clarisse is contesting the upcoming presidential election alongside his running mate Allen Gervais Commettant. An engineer by profession, Mr De Clarisse has held senior positions at the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC), the Indian Ocean Tuna (IOT) factory, and Eden Island.
