Professional and non-professional athletes from national sports federations and associations as well as non-registered athletes are being invited to apply for the Dakar 2026 Learning Academy NOC programme in preparation to work at the Dakar 2026 Summer Youth Olympics that will he held from October 31 to November 13, 2026 in Senegal.
