Supreme Court rejects Mukesh Valabhji鈥檚 bail application听

Chief Justice Rony Govinden yesterday denied bail application for remandee Mukesh Valabhji, lodged 14 days ago by his counsels Samantha Aglae and France Bont茅.
The reason given by Chief Justice Govinden was on the grounds of the seriousness of the offence and also the risk of absconding.
