National Assembly approves amendments to Ports Authority Act |31 May 2024
The National Assembly on Wednesday approved the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Ports Authority (SPA) (Amendment) Bill 2024 as amended.
The Bill sets out to amend the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Ports Authority Act (2004), to reflect the modernisation and digitalisation of the SPA, harmonious with the Port Rehabilitation and Extension Project.
