A new United Nations Development Programme case study was launched on October 15 during theÌýAfrica Circular Economy Alliance 2025 annual meeting highlighting how 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ has successfully implemented a nationalÌýDeposit-Refund Scheme for PET bottles - achieving aÌý90 percent collection rateÌýand diverting overÌý400 million bottlesÌýfrom landfills and the natural environment.
